Breach baby

I am 23wks and had my sono yesterday. Baby is breach. Head up feet down. Healthy baby 1lb 1oz that made me feel great. I have to have a c section so idk if baby being breach affects anything but we looked between the legs saw the cord ankles crossed. I patted my belly and said come on baby. Baby moved it's legs and we got a pic. I see arms hands and cord but can anyone else see anything
