Advice please!!!

I am at a loss, and very confused. I went for my 20 week scan and everything was perfect. She did say the baby had a few "soft markers" for Down syndrome including a bright spot on his heart, fluid in his kidneys, and the two small cysts on his brain. I had the panorama genetic screening done when I was 12 weeks and all said LOW RISK. Please keep in mind before I get scorned for being concerned that my mind would not change but I do want to know if something is wrong. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I don't know what to think. 😭
