Periods

Okay so I've had my period for almost 6 years now but about 2 years ago my periods have started become very irregular it's now at the point where I have like 2-5 a year and they usually last a day or two and they are super light and in not sure what to do also I haven't started taking any medication so I don't think that's it I'm just not sure why I'm also not sexually active
