At my appointment last week my Dr/ob told me that at my next appointment I would be doing my strep b test (which I was expecting) and going for blood work. I didn't think anything of it (this is my first) until I was talking to my prenatal class about it and realized that none of them were going for blood more blood work and nobody (not even the instructor) could tell me what it might be for. Any ideas? Anyone else have to go for blood work at or around 35 weeks?
