Clogged milk duct??

Question

My right breast has been extremely tender for the past 2 days near my armpit.  I don't notice a lump like it says about a clogged duct but I don't know what else it'd be?? I have tried everything from warm compresses,  to bf on that side,  massaging while pumping,  etc.and nothing is making it better.  Any ideas??

I had the same thing after my milk came in. For me it took maybe 3days to go but I used paracetamol in the meantime. It was super painful but I massaged the area while I was in the shower and really pumped a lot on that one boob. When I pumped I filled a nappy with hot water and held it in the sore area. I offered that boob first to my son each time. It ended up being bruised even. But it does pass!!
