I need help please!

I'm 32 weeks & I just sat down on the toilet to poop and clear, HOT, liquid gushed out of me. It still gushes if i move a little bit, my stomach is cramping (like a period cramp) but not bad enough for me to be bent over in pain. PLEASE HELP! What do you think is happening?! I don't want to go to the hospital and be told it was just pee, but I also don't want to be in labor and not know it.
