Been TTC since November of last year following the removal of my Mirena Coil at the end of October

Been TTC since November of last year following the removal of my Mirena Coil at the end of October. Been tracking my periods for the majority of the time, only started tracking my bbt in the last month been using ovulation tests during my fertile window too. Took poorly the week before last with Bronchitis and felt dreadful, more or less fully recovered but still been feeling "off", nothing major, lightheaded/dizzy spells, feelings of nausea but no actual vomiting and pretty tired but none of what you normally hear like sore breasts, peeing more often or constant sickness. I just put it down to the tail end of my bronchitis. My period was due three days ago and it's hardly ever late. It's been niggling me since so took a test when I got home from work purely to rule pregnancy out and expecting nothing but a standard negative but there's a very surprising, very strong BFP, my first ever! Unbelievable. it still hasn't sunk in. even after the two further tests I've done (including a digital - 2 to 3 weeks) I still don't believe it. There are no words!
