Autoimmune disease

Hi. Is anyone on here dealing with and autoimmune disease while pregnant? I just found out that since I have an autoimmune disease the dr's are worried my baby could have birth defects & I could get preeclampsia so they're now considering me high risk and sending me to a specialist. I'm just so worried about my lil man now and was wondering if anyone who's gone through or currently going through this can shed some light for me? I'd greatly appreciate it, thank you!
