Help!!! Why does it feel like this

So for the past couple months I've been realizing more and more that there are 2 time periods in the month where I'm extra itchy for some reason, like a burn but not when I pee. It's always a week before my period and a week after, and after sex. Is this normal? Why do I feel so uncomfortable
