Baby Acne?

Hey my son is only 2 weeks old and he is starting to get baby acne on his face. Is anyone else baby getting the same thing if so are yall using anything to help.

Breast milk! Let it dry on there. Should work like magic.

It's completely normal. My son will get a pimple and it'll be gone the next day. Just make sure to keep their skin clean.

Wipe babies face with a cloth with warm water. It's helped clean up my sons baby acne
