When does temp normally drop for AF?

Question

I'm new to charting and was wondering when the drop for your period comes. Like is it a gradual drop, or a sudden drop and AF comes that day or the day after? I know it's different for everyone just curious what other people seem to notice thanks!

This is my chart from lay cycle. I think it usually drops pretty drastically but it might be different for different people. As you can see it dropped at 12 dpo and the next day I got AF

So it's usually a day or so before and normally a significant drop. I posted mines for example and my drop happened the day befor AF showed up. Usually they say a drop 3 points or more signifies.

It depends. You'll have to temp for a few cycles to learn your body's patterns. Mine always starts to drop at 12 dpo. I have a 13 day luteal phase
