I have a weird situation my face feel puffy n my neck feel puffy but it doesnt look puffy i dont have swollen lymph, sec thing sometimes my veins in my front neck n throat  hurt so bad like there is cold air on them it happens always when i have heartburn, and dry caugh then i have probleme wih my jaw i feel i cant control it n feel falling n my tongue feel numb i cant even talk properly nothing hurt when i. Swollow my blood pressure high the tests came normal the dr don't know what happening so she reffer me to interal medicine in womens hospital im very worry n nervous anybody has this symptose 😥😥😥😥
