Hope this ends soon...
Lately I've been really struggling with stomaching meat. Morning sickness is just really starting to hit me now and food in general upsets my stomach, but I'm concerned because I know it's important to get the protein. I've never really liked eggs and especially now. I know beans and nuts are a good source but is there anything else that someone can suggest so I can still get a good amount of protein while I'm in the little phase.
