I haven't had my period in 2 months

Okay so I'm on my second birth control pill back and during the first one, I got my "period" a week early and it was just some pink spotting but mostly a lot of light brown discharge on and off for about a week and a half. I'm almost done with my 2nd pack and atleast this time it's only a couple of days early but it's pink and brown discharge but not really as much as the first month, is this normal?
