I always have panic attacks /: I can always feel one coming but I can never make it not come ):

I used to always get them. And like you, I always felt them coming on, my hands would get sweaty, I would feel hot, my heart would beat so fast, lightheaded, and I would feel a sense of impending doom. I tried a lot of things, and I know that people think I sound crazy, but God helped me and took away my anxiety. I cried out to him and he healed me. I haven't had one since a long time ago, my doctor kept pushing me to get on medication, but I didn't want to be dependent on it. I never took medication and I know I was healed, it literally went away from one day to the other.

I suffer with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and get panick and anxiety attacks frequently, though not daily or every other day.  Grounding techniques really help me when I am feeling anxious, as does spending time with my friends or family.  I stopped smoking pot because it exacerbated my anxiety and made me feel paranoid, although I am aware weed can help some people with anxiety. Speaking to a counselor is also v helpful, especially if you suffer from frequent panic/anxiety attacks. There are lots of articles and books out there with many helpful ways to handle anxiety in healthy ways. All my love to my fellow anxiety sufferers.  It is not an easy life we lead ❤️
