Vet visit

This question probably is dumb but I'm gonna ask anyway lol. I have to take my dog to the animal hospital to get shots and was wondering since I'm 26 weeks if that'd be safe. The only reason why I'd be concerned is because I don't know what kind of sickness these animals have and if I can catch anything?
