Male and female factor infertility... :(

I have an ovulatory disorder and my husband just found out that his sperm analysis results. He has low percentages for morphology and mobility. Is anyone else been in a similar situation? Did you do IUI or IVF? I'm nervous as to what our RE will recommend.
