Is anybody else having consistent Braxton Hicks contractions

I'm 28 weeks and 2 days and for the last two weeks maybe more , I've been having BH everyday sometimes more then 6 in an hour but they never get stronger they're just consistent.. They are uncomfortable but they don't hurt.. I know what real contractions feel like as this is not my first baby, I did see a dr and she said my cervix was closed but was unsure why I was having them consistently.. Checked and no UTI or anything.. They do wake me up sometimes but nothing seriously strong...
