Cramping??

Help! I'm 35+1 and am having pretty intense menstral like cramping.😣 Is this normal? First pregnancy so I really don't know what to expect.. Any advice would be appreciated! 😒

Lay down and drink a few glasses of water and see if they go away. Time them if you can and see if you notice any consistency. If they go away, should be normal Braxton Hick's contractions. If they continue when you change positions, become more intense and consistent call your doctor. Should be normal but always better to take precautions. Feel better mama!
