First time using OPKs
I just ordered some OPKs today. For those of you who use them can you give me some tips? Like when to start taking them in my cycle and what time of day? I'm still waiting for my period after a miscarriage last month but once it gets here I want to start using the OPKs. Also do you recommend getting a basal thermometer or can the OPKs be effective on their own? Thank you and baby dust!
