BHC or real deal

This is my second pregnancy but honestly I can't remember the first time I went into labor. I've been having contractions for almost 4 hours now constant the first 2 hours just in my back and the last 2 hrs been timing them once and awhile and they were almost 3 minutes apart at one time. I'm not sure if I should just go in or wait until I can't breath through it or sit anymore.
