Not this month
After 5 tests and one potential very faint positive, today aunt flow came to town after all. This means no baby this month so I have to book my tubal patency ultrasound test and potentially have keyhole surgery in the coming months. I'm sad, I feel defeated and deflated and it's only 7.30am on a Monday. 😔😔
