Red/pink spotting 11 days after unprotected intercourse?

Me and dh did "the deed" on 27th (I'm pretty sure I Od on that day) and we have a few times after but no sign if Oing after the 27th. No ewcm or anything. Now it is 11 days after and I'm spotting a bit. I wouldn't have noticed it if I wasn't tracking my cm for TTC #2. It is pink and reddish (tmi maybe sorry). Not really and bright red just a tiny bit like one drop but it mixed with my cm which is white and pasty like. Why is this happening? Could it be an implant bleed or something else? Any advice would be great as I don't remember having this with my first baby but then again that was almost 2 yes ago since I was preggers lol. Someone help....I'm so confused😲😂☀🌈
