Losing weight to become pregnant

Has anyone lost weight and become pregnant. I know I'm over weight. 5'2. Lately I been depressed so Been eating more. Really not happy with my weight. Any advice or tips. Experiences relating this issue. I'm writing at 4:30 in the morning because my man is sleeping lol we been living together for almost 4years. Been trying for 3 years to get pregnant. I'm 27 years old no children. He has one child from another woman. Awesome chick......Help please I been taking prenatal vitamins for 2 months Now quit drinking. If I do it's rare.
