Why did this happen?

I know this is normal but I just got my perido. But I'm breastfeeding,my baby is going to be 5 months in like a week. This isn't going to effect my milk from coming will it? That kinda sounds stupid but I honestly don't know.

Everyone is different. Some have it returned while still breastfeeding, some don't. Some notice a dip in their supply during their period, some don't. It's really hard to say. If you notice a dip though, no need to worry. Jusy nurse as usual or as often as you can. Once your period ends, it'll be back to normal. It just may take a few days.

Okay that's good to know she's my first and I know everyone is different but I was like freaking alittle lol my best friend never got hers and my mom didn't either.

Every baby I've had, I've had my period the entire time I've breastfed. Like clockwork....never affected my breastmilk supply in the least. (I'm now on my 4th pregnancy).
