What's safe to eat while ur pregnant I mean can I eat Chinese or seafood or it has be certain kind of food ???

Some seafood should be avoided or limited - those high in mercury like marlin,  shark and swordfish you shouldn't have at all. Most of the rest is fine in moderation so long as it has been stored and cooked properly. 
Chinese food is fine, but can be high in salt which isn't great for anyone so again moderation is good. I was warned against Chinese buffets because the food sitting on hot plates for a long time can be a recipe for food born illnesses which we're more susceptible to when pregnant.

Chinese food is completely fine, I ate all the time when I was pregnant. And seafood I'm not too sure, but you can download this app called ovia and it has a huge list of foods you can and can't eat.

Chinese is fine. Seafood is hit or miss depending on if it's something that is typically high in mercury levels. There's a website called "can mommy eat" that you may find useful :)
