Breakout remedies?! HELP 😢

I've been breaking out for the past 4 weeks! I wash my face everyday & every night. I wear make up to school and wash it off every night before bed. I would only go bare to school if I didn't have any breakouts 😩 I use the T-ZONE Brand Face care on my face everyday. Anyone have any DIY remedies face products which are good?

Make sure you're changing your pillowcase and drinking enough water.

Try cutting down your dairy intake. I don't know what your diet is but dairy can be the cause of breakouts. I'm not preaching anything vegan (though I am vegan) but if you just limit it more than usual for a bit it should help

Been using this stuff for like 6 years and as far as I know it has it's own little cult following which makes sense because it's amazing. I usually buy it in like big jars for 5 bucks but the tubes are super cheap like maybe 2-3 at any drug store. Also make sure you aren't over doing it on cleansing and make sure you exfoliate your face maybe once a month with some sort of fruit like strawberries or bananas.
