Pregnancy dreams? Anyone else believe?

So last night I had a dream I took not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 pregnancy test all came up positive I've been TTC for 7 months now does it mean anything I've have done the BD all the right times this month so I'm so confused? Cramps sore boobs worse than normal PMS and back pain and my face is breaking out I hate that pregnancy symptoms are similar to PMS symptoms 😩 but does anyone else believe in having dreams and they come true? I pray every night in hope that the good lord blesses me with another bundle of joy my AF is in 5 days and I'm nervous but I have faith I just hope my dream comes true!

Yes for about awhile now I've been having dreams with me and a big belly lol. Me and my husband have been ttc for 9 months now. But I do believe that god send signs

Unfortunately for me it hasn't meant anything. I have been trying for 8 months now and had a similar dream a few months ago that I got a few positive tests. I've also had dreams we were decorating a nursery and in another we were having a gender reveal party. Hopefully for you it's good news.
