TTC baby #1

My partner and I have recently started trying for our first baby. We're very sexually active and have sex everyday if we can and I've heard that having sex everyday helps to increase the chances of conceiving but I've also heard that it's best to have sex every other day instead of everyday. I was just wondering if anyone knows if our chances of conceiving are better if we have sex everyday or if we do it every other day instead. Any advice is appreciated x
