Hysteroscopy/polypectomy

So anxious/excited/scared today...tomorrow I go in for hysteroscopy surgery to remove a 2+cm polyp that my specialist recently diagnosed and is likely the reason I haven't been able to get pregnant or sustain a pregnancy for over 1.5 years! I am so hopeful that once this thing is out it will be our time, but I'm nervous about complications or finding other issues in there :-/ fx for a quick and easy surgery day and high hopes for my next cycle!!!
