Lost 😕 input please?
So I've been having bad PMS Symptoms, and I'm worried I won't get my period. eve says it's due today but my cycles range from 24-27 days today is day 24
I went to my OB-GYN today and she put me on birth control after giving me a urine pregnancy test, which was probably negative or else she wouldn't have given it to me.
Ever since last month things have been weird. July 9th I had protected sex with my boyfriend, he didn't ejaculate and there were no holes in the condom. I got my period when I expected it on July 17th except it was lighter, still with bright red blood though and it lasted the normal 6 days.
I was still scared I was pregnant, I'm a hypochondriac, so I took a test after that light period at 19 dpo and it was neg.
This cycle was weird. I had horrible pains around ovulation time, and I took another pregnancy test yesterday just to make sure I wasn't pregnant from the last time I had sex, which was July 9th. It was neg again.
I've had three negative pregnancy tests so obviously im not pregnant, there wasn't much of a risk anyway.
If I don't get my period, is it normal? My periods are usually regular so this is weird for me.
Also, can I start taking birth control now even before my next period is due?
