Funneling and blood clots...

I am currently 32.2 weeks. I started spotting slightly a couple weeks ago and went to my ob for an ultrasound. I was told I had funneling (I'm basically dilating from the inside out due to an incompetent cervix). It was at 9%. I had another appointment the next week and it had jumped to 40% and also had an ultrasound on my leg due to pain and found out I have several superficial blood clots. I have now been taken off of work until after baby girl comes due to the possibility of delivering early and the clots. Has anyone ever had funneling? If so, did you deliver prematurely? I've just not heard of many people dealing with this.
