Discouraged

So af was supposed to show yesterday and didn't. I took a test this morning and it was stark white. I've been nauseas for 6 days now off and on throughout the day but still hungry. I have had one sided cramps for about 10 days or so. The last few days I'm so exhausted even after doing nothing. I fall asleep sitting up. These things are new to my cycle so I was thinking this month is the month. Maybe not?
