Pap smear when pregnant?

Anyone else get a Pap smear done when pregnant? I got one done yesterday and he told me I would bleed/spot a little for a couple days but it seemed like the spotting was near gone this morning and now when I went to the bathroom it was quite a bit of brown on the tissue? Anyone else have this problems... Makes me never want to get a Pap smear while pregnant again. I'm a worry wort and me and my husband have sex a lot and I never spot after sex so this just kinda puts me over the edge 😒😞
