Slow water leak?

Hi! 2nd time mama here whose water didn't break with her first pregnancy...

I've got a somewhat steady dripping of what seems to be a completely clear thin mucous accompanied by what I just assumed are Braxton hicks contractions since they're not really painful or close right now and lots of pressure in my vagina. I'm 37 weeks along. Just wondering how likely it could be my water. I've been to the hospital so much for nothing with this baby I don't wanna show up to be sent home all over again, especially when we live about a half hour away and have 1 yr old twin girls who are sleeping.
