Pregnant please

Me and my husband are trying to get pregnant, I recently got off of my birth control a month ago, I started my period June 30th and ended July 4th, now I'm in my fertile window my only question is what should I expect? I've never been pregnant, I've been on the pill for five years, I am 21 and healthy (I could lose a few pounds but it's no where near a health issue) my husband is 24 and healthy but he smokes, (working on quitting), will that hurt our chances? I would love y'alls opinions on this, I also don't know how long it would take for me to get pregnant since I've been on the pill for so long. PS: the women in my family have no problem getting pregnant.
