Help?!
I haven't been on the pill for quite a long time but I haven't missed a day so far taking it. The last time I got my period was June 24th and I've been taking the pill ever since that day. I'm over two weeks late, and me and my boyfriend have only had sex like 2 or 3 times during this whole duration. We use condoms when having sex and he always checks to see if they're broken or not before using them. We're both very cautious when it comes to sex.
I think what I' trying to say here is, is it normal to be this late on your period when you're taking the pill? My parents gave me the sex talk since I'm 18 now, but they don't know that me and my boyfriend have been having sex. I need all the help and reassurance that this is normal. My friend also told me that this is normal, and she gets her period every 3 months because of the pill she's taking.
I just don't want to come home and have my parents ask me a thousand and one questions on my sex life and why I'm 2 weeks late.
