Anyone else finding it hard to get off ??

Im 23wk today and my sex drive has been great like always well idk if its because my husband has been upsetting me by playing,video games so much he hasnt spend time with me or even really talked,or listen to me. Or its just a pregnancy thing. Im horny but when i have sex or masturbate im,finding it really hard to get there and finish. Its kinda breaking my heart.
