Should I send a birth announcement to all?

There are members of my family that we are on bad terms with. Would you send them a birth announcement of you're not on speaking terms? I don't want regrets in the future but at the same time I feel like it's awkward....

Depends if you have extras. I did magnets and they were kinda expensive. I got 10. Enough for grandparents and great grandparents and siblings.
