bleeding bleeding bleeding 😩

hi friends,

I know every body reacts differently, and they warned me that I might be bleeding for a while...

but I got my mirena about three weeks ago and it's been nonstop. it started out as light spotting, which I didn't mind, but it's gotten heavier and I have to be careful to stay away from anemia.

did anyone else have a similar experience and have it slow off afterward? my provider said that if it continues, they can do something to treat it, or remove the IUD altogether, but I'm hoping that won't be necessary.

I'm loving it, otherwise!
