Period after pregnancy

After having my son my period is so different. It's been 8 months and I still have serious clotting. 😩 I feel so weak and tired. I don't I time to rest between work and my son. I get home so late some times from work but I'm just happy I'm able to support my son. It's amazing what a woman's body can do. I just don't know what to do about my period.
