Confused, need advice

Hi Been TTC for 2 years now :( but we found out that I have fibroids, then I was advised by my OB that I need to take a shots (it's like a pills to stop my period) for 2 months, which is May and June, then my husband arrived last July so my OB told me that she will not give me another shot, then after trying (intercourse) for 2 weeks, I had my "period" last Aug 4-5 which is not normal there's blood cloth and my normal period takes 3-5 days, then a week after I had EWCM, sore breast, constipation, I feel dizzy and vomiting sometimes, I am 33 frustrated to have 1 :(, what do you think need advice
