Could this be?!?!
I've been having period like cramps, right around my lower abdomen, but they would only be at night, but now I'm getting them during the day and they are little more intense. I have an appt today, could this be the beginning of labor? I've been losing little bits of my mucus plug all week. What are your ideas???
