Any ladies use this for increasing milk supply?

I hate swallowing capsules do i just opened them up and dumped the fenugreek powder into my smoothies and oatmeal. It definitely worked for me :)

I'm using it and it works great. 
I take 2 capsules 3 times a day. And then when I start to notice more milk I'll take maybe 2 capsules once a day. Good luck

It didn't work for me but I know someone else who had great success with it. I just smelled like maple syrup. ☹️ Hope it works for you better than it did for me!!

I do, I use this! It has fenugreek and a few other botanicals. It's worked well so far 👍🏼
