Too early for date night with hubby?

Baby is 6 weeks old and would really love a night alone with hubby. When did you mamas first go out on a date night and leave baby with a sitter or relative for the evening?

Not too early! Leave your LO with someone you trust and enjoy some adult time! We did it for the first time around 2 weeks. It was hard and I definitely missed my girl but it was so nice to get out too.

I'm waiting till after 2 month vaccines but our anniversary is right around that time so it works perfectly

When she was 5 weeks we went out to dinner for our anniversary. Now she's 8 weeks, and we're out of town for 3 nights away. Both times with my mom.

I'm leaving LO overnight with my sister tomorrow night.  He's 8 weeks old.  She's keeping all three of my kids, so fingers crossed it goes smoothly!

We went at day 7 and 9 and once a week after that at least. My mom watched her. We were only gone 45 min the first few times, but it was fabulous to get out for even that short period.

My husband and I went out for dinner when my daughter was 2 weeks. We were only gone for an hour and my mom was staying with us while visiting. So she watched the baby. I was a hot mess leaving my daughter though. Even just for that hour
