am I pregnant?

my boyfriend and I had sex about a week ago while I was on the most fertile day of my cycle. we didn't notice until after that the condom was expired by a pretty good about of time. once we realized this, we poured water through the condom to check for holes and there were at least two. both that we saw werent near the head. since then, I've been having horrible moodswings, nausea, backaches and cramps (just starting today), heartburn, and extremely tender breasts (mostly on the sides) and most of this didn't start until ovulation. should I be extremely worried about pregnancy or is there still a large chance I'm not pregnant?
