Masturbating=period

Sorry if the header was confusing! I've just found that sometime when I masturbate it makes my period come much sooner. To the point where I can almost make it come sooner or resist the temptation depending on convenience. But this also just makes my period irregular in general. Does anyone else experience this? I'm sure it's just because I'm stimulating my muscles down there but I'm slightly nervous as to how its effect my sex life. Stay fab ladies!
