husband accidentally messed up bottle

Husband accidentally gave little one four ounces (2 scoops) of formula and two ounces of water to our baby tonight :( now im worried about it. He told me not to worry and that he didn't realize he had done it until she almost drank it all. This is the first time-will she be alright? Please don't hate on us, total accident :(
