Hi friends! I struggled for years with PCOS and endometriosis. After some major changes (and the grace of God!) I now have had regular periods and no symptoms for the past two years. I want to know if I'm ovulating properly but my BBT chart and CM is only showing the slightest change, I'm not convinced. I just started charting and would love some tips from all you beautiful ladies!
