Miscarriage last month now positive test?

Hi just need some advise, I had an early miscarriage last month, it was the second in 2 years. I done 4 test after the miscarriage and all 4 were negative. I haven't yet had a period and it's been 36 days since the bleed. My breast have been sore and I have been feeling very under the weather. I only decided to test as my mum asked if I was pregnant and this is the result. Has anybody gotten pregnant straight after miscarriage before? I hope this stays as we have been trying for over 2 and a half years xx
